I'm Héctor González, I have 31 years old and I live in CDMX. I have a bachelor deegre in Technology and Communications Enginnering with specialist in Software Engineer and a Master’s Degree in Technological Design and Project Management.
During my work experience, I had the opportunity to work with some of the gratest companies here in Mexico and USA. For example: Cinepolis(India, México, Latam) , Medtrainer INC, Delta INC, Aeromexico, Herbalife and Citibanamex. In all the projects, I manage the development team as a Scrum Master with some Product Owner activities, like to define the user stories and validate them with the customers and satkeholders. I have a good dealing skill to propose IT solutions. Also i have a great ability to adaptation and a great ability to work in mulitdisciplinary workgroups.

I am in charge to create and define the new requierements for the Global Rollout of Herbalife applications. We deliver with 100% of satisfaction new products for India, Mexico and Colombia. and is in progress Chile, Peru Brazil, China, France and Malaysia. Meeting with stakeholders to understand their needs. Using the Scrum Methodology to give MVPs to our customer and give a very punctual status of the porjects every two weeks. Helping the Development team to solve their doubts managing the queries and the blocker in a good way to salve them. Helping SM to plan next iterations moving forward two iterations from Dev.

I am in charge of the Helpdesk team and the Software development teams. 85% of my projects impact in the operation lines and create savings for the company. Review and Validate all the new projects with the key users. Implement the best practices of Scrum to perform a better SDLC. Managing all the internal and external projects between the providers and the internal users. Create and monitoring the budget for the year.

I maintain direct communication with the local managers. Sprint planning and User stories review. Support the estimated impacts on time and cost for new requirements requested. Review the internal process and services between our apps and third-party applications.
